Graphic Express manufactures quality products and warrantees such products as
necessary to provide it’s customers with the performance that these products are
expected to give under normal use provided that they are installed in accordance with
the installation guide provided.
Graphic Express does not give any guarantee, whether expressed or implied, to the
installation of any product by any individual or company. The sellers and/or
manufacturers only obligation will be to replace such product proven to be defective.
Neither seller or manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or
consequential, arising from the use or inability of the use of any product manufactured
or sold. Before using any product the user and installer or any other person involved
with purchase or installation must determine the suitability of the
product for the users intended use and assume all responsibility and liability for such
use of the product. Installation of product must abide to all local and state laws and
the user will finally assume all liability and risk when using any product sold or
manufactured by Graphic Express.

Policy and Terms of sale
Refund Exchange Policy:
Graphic Express offers a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our products less
shipping and handling charges. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a refund,
credit or exchange.
· A re-boxing fee may be charged on returned products.
· A restocking fee will apply for any product returned after the 30 day
period.
· Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from date of sale.
· Report all problems
within 7 days of receiving your order.
· Please check all products for correct size, color, fit,
vehicle application any damage
before installation.
· Returns will not be accepted after a
product is altered in any way
or partially used.

Graphic Express warrantees all products
for 1 year from sale date.
No guarantee
is made for products that peal, crack or wrinkle because of poor
installation
or insufficient
wax and silicone removal prior to installation.

for environmental

Missing or Wrong Items:

Shipping:
Graphic Express ships Postal Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, FedEx Air and
FedEx Ground to business and residential addresses. All shipping charges are given when
you place your order. We do not and can not guarantee any delivery times, and will not
refund shipping charges for late deliveries.
From time to time Graphic Express offers
FREE shipping as a promotional offer. These offers are for shipping in the USA
only.

Refunds:
Credit card orders will be credited to the credit card. All other refunds will be by
business check.

not returnable and not refundable.

purchase a Custom product it must be authorized in advance by mail, fax or online
registration. Online registration is the quickest.
