QG-490 - 1969 Dodge Charger 500 Bumble Bee Stripe. Has 500 Numeral cutout. Three piece kit applies to both quarters and trunk lid - Stripes have 500 designation cutout in quarter stripes. Stripe does NOT have cutout for marker lights they must be removed and reinstalled.
