Standard Shipping Policy
Graphic Express works hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Over 95% of our orders ship in one business day. Shipping times are not guaranteed and will not be refunded for late deliveries. Express Shipping Policy
Air or Express shipping is available from Graphic Express.  Express Shipping orders must be placed by 12 Noon Eastern Time to ship the same day. Note not all products meet this policy. Shipments originate in Inverness Florida.

Address Corrections
Sorry we cannot change or redirect your shipment once it leaves our facility.  We will try our best to modify address information before shipment. Packages cannot be rerouted after leaving our custody because of  logistical reasons.

International Shipments
International shipping costs are paid by the customer at time of purchase. Product import duties and any taxes levied by said countries government upon entry are not covered by our charges to you.

Non Deliverable Packages
Graphic Express guaranties to ship orders to the address supplied by the customer.  Please make sure to check your address completely to avoid problems.  Packages returned to us for non delivery reasons can be shipped a second time at additional shipping cost paid by the customer.  If the order is cancelled by the customer there will be a 50% restocking fee.
