Custom color products are stated 'No Returns' and are not returnable or refundable after purchase under any condition.
Express Shipping Policy:
Express Shipping orders must be placed by 10 AM Noon Eastern Time to ship the same day.
No refunds will be made for late deliverys.
Graphic Express Return Policy:
NOTE: No products accepted if plastic sleeve is opened.
All products must be returned in new condition.
You must package the item in the same manor it was received.
No altered or dirty products are accepted.
If you peeled it apart, wrote on it, folded or creased it, trimmed or altered it in any way it is not returnable.
Please email us for an 'RMA Return Authorization Number' and write that number on your package.
Insure your package against lost or damage.
